Cornerstone Management is seeking a Resident Assistant for full-time or part-time overnight shifts (10:00pm–6:00am) to provide personal care and support to residents per individualized service plans. The role may involve CNA work but is not required.

Duties include monitoring vital signs, assisting with activities of daily living, documenting progress, and maintaining a safe environment while upholding HIPAA privacy standards.

Competenze

• Care-giving: 1 year (Preferred).
• CPR Certification (Preferred).
• High school or equivalent (Preferred).

Mansioni

• Obtains vital signs and notifies supervising nurse of deviations.
• Provides personal care tasks as per ISP and care plans.
• Assists with daily living activities (hygiene, grooming, dressing).
• Maintains a safe and clean resident environment and documents progress notes on a timely basis.
• Attends bi-weekly in-service meetings and mandatory trainings.
