Job summary

Perham Living - Perham, MN is seeking a Homemaker (Casual/PRN) to support daily operations through dietary, housekeeping, and resident-centered duties. The role includes meal prep, dining support, and maintaining clean living spaces.

You'll work with an interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional customer service and meaningful resident experiences. Benefits and flexible hours are offered in a supportive workplace.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing.
• Pass a background study through the Minnesota Department of Human Services.
• Ability to follow directions and complete tasks independently.
• Ability to follow menus, special diets, and allergy requirements.
• Strong customer service skills and commitment to resident-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Assist with meal and snack preparation and dining service support.
• Maintain clean and organized kitchenettes and resident rooms.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
• Assist with laundry and linens as needed.
• Participate in daily team huddles and resident activities.
