Job summary

Perham Health in Perham, MN is seeking a Resident Assistant or Certified Nursing Assistant for our Assisted Living unit. You will support tenants with daily living activities, assist with medications, and work under the supervision of an RN to maintain residents’ highest functioning.

This full-time night role offers competitive hourly pay and benefits, with cross-training opportunities within Northwinds Assisted Living and other settings.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides cognitive support and assists tenants with daily living activities, mobility, medication administration, and other delegated nursing tasks as per care plans.
• Works under RN supervision to help tenants achieve highest practicable physical and mental functioning.
• Position primarily at Northwinds Assisted Living with potential cross-training to secondary congregate living setting.

Resident Assistant or Certified Nursing Assistant | Assisted Living Position Details

• Provides cognitive support and assists tenants with home management tasks, activities of daily living, mobility, medication administration, and other delegated nursing functions, as assigned, according to the plan of care.
• Works under the direction and supervision of the RN to assist the tenant in meeting and/or maintaining their highest practicable physical and mental functioning.
• Position is primarily at Northwinds Assisted Living with potential for cross training to our secondary congregate living setting.

Work Schedule

• Full-Time - 70 hours per bi-weekly pay period
• 10:30 p.m. - 8:30 a.m.
• Every Other Weekend and Holiday

Compensation

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Registered

$20.81 – $28.68 per hour, based on experience

Additional $1.75 per hour overnight shift differential

Resident Assistant

$17.84 – $24.60 per hour

Additional $1.75 per hour overnight shift differential
