Job summary

Perham Health in Perham, MN is seeking a part-time Food Service Worker to support patients and residents by preparing and serving meals, and by keeping kitchens, dining rooms, and service areas clean and sanitized.

Shifts include 6:00am-2:00pm and 4:00pm-8:00pm, with rotating weekends and holidays. Candidates must be at least 16, able to lift up to 20 pounds, and comfortable using a cash register; fluency in English and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register, stand or walk for the majority of the shift, and lift up to 20 pounds.
• Communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing.
• Good interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and team-player mentality.
• Pass a background study through the Minnesota Department of Human Services.
