Qualifications

Candidate must be currently licensed in one of the allowed states (DC, DE, FL, KS, KY, MA, MD, ME, NH, OH, RI, VT).
Minimum two years of medically-relevant experience or equivalent.
Strong verbal, written, and electronic communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide holistic, evidence-based care including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and disposition planning for patients aged 18 months and older.
Deliver care via a remote technology platform in collaboration with a dedicated healthcare team.
Counsel on pregnancy prevention, STI prevention/ safer sex practices, and contraception management.
Document care in an electronic health record per MinuteClinic policies.
Coordinate care with internal and external colleagues to ensure high-quality care.
Work with Providers, physicians, paraprofessionals, pharmacists, and other health team members.
Work independently, prioritize tasks, and advocate for patients and practice.
