CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Minute Clinic Virtual Care Nurse Practitioner to provide holistic, evidence-based care remotely for patients aged 18 months and older. The role is a full-time evening position (32 hours/week) with a schedule from 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., including alternating weekends.

Licensure in specified states is required, with possible additional licensure as needed. You will collaborate with a dedicated team, document care in an EHR, and deliver education on

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, unrestricted license in one of the states listed (D.C., DE, FL, KS, KY, MA, MD, ME, NH, OH, RI, VT).
• Minimum of two years of medically-relevant experience or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal, written, and electronic communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously with initiative and flexibility.

Responsabilités

• Provide holistic, evidenced-based care including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and disposition planning for patients aged 18 months and older.
• Deliver pregnancy prevention, STI prevention, safer sex education and contraceptive counseling.
• Evaluate primary, acute, and chronic care patients and provide health education and counseling.
• Document all patient care in an EHR per MinuteClinic policies.
• Collaborate with other providers, physicians, pharmacists, and health care team members.
• Work independently, prioritize tasks, and advocate for patients.
