Partner Company is seeking a dedicated remote customer support professional to handle evening shifts across the United States for a pet-focused insurance and support service.

Responsibilities include assisting with insurance enrollment, claims, and general inquiries while educating customers on coverage options and leveraging ticketing systems to resolve issues. A valid Property & Casualty license and experience with Zendesk or Kustomer are required.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
• Experience with high-volume customer service and platforms like Zendesk or Kustomer.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive customer support across insurance, enrollment, claims, and non-insurance questions with empathy.
• Use ticketing systems and data entry to track and resolve customer issues.
