Responsibilities include processing enrollments, claims, and policy transactions while using Zendesk, Kustomer, or Gladly to track interactions.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume customer service role.
• Ability to explain information clearly and professionally.
• Strong administrative and computer skills across multiple systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer service across multiple channels (phone, email, text, chat, social).
• Research questions and resolve issues to restore positive relationships.
• Provide clear information on insurance products and processes.
• Process enrollments, claims, and policy transactions per procedures.
• Educate customers about available products and coverage options.
• Use ticketing and back-office tools to manage interactions and track activity.
