Job summary

Independence Pet Holdings, a multi-brand pet care group, seeks a Licensed Customer Care Agent for remote US evening shifts (12:00-8:30pm EST). You will handle insurance and non-insurance inquiries across phone, email, text, chat and social channels, processing enrollments and claims under policy guidelines.

Ideal candidates have prior customer service experience, familiarity with ticketing software (Zendesk, Kustomer, Gladly), and hold a valid Property & Casualty license.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service with high customer interface.
• Experience with ticketing software such as Zendesk, Kustomer, or Gladly.
• Proactive, hands-on attitude with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong administrative and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer care across phone, email, text, chat and social.
• Resolve customer issues and maintain positive relationships.
• Explain policies and educate customers on product offerings.
• Process enrollments, claims and fulfillment tasks.
• Utilize ticketing and back-office software to manage tasks.
• Perform data entry and related administrative duties.
