Job summary

A pet insurance company is seeking a P&C Licensed Customer Care Representative to provide customer service support remotely. You will assist policyholders with claims, coverage explanations, and necessary policy changes. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in insurance claims processing or customer support and an active Property & Casualty license. Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in insurance claims processing or customer support.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have an active P&C Producer License.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound calls, online chats, and emails regarding policy coverage and claims.
• Build rapport with policyholders using customer service skills.
• Work to retain policyholders considering cancelation.
• Help policymakers understand their policy coverage and claims process.
• Demonstrate ability to work in a metric environment.
• Maintain understanding of federal and state regulations.
• Utilize multiple technical systems effectively.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
