Carlin Springs Health & Rehabilitation Center in Arlington, VA is seeking an Evening Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our facility. You will greet residents, families, visitors, and staff with a friendly, professional demeanor, answer phone calls, and provide information as needed.

This role requires strong communication, reliability, and basic computer skills, with duties including mail distribution, sign-in monitoring, and coordinating with staff.

Qualifications

• Previous receptionist, customer service, healthcare, or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, professional, and welcoming attitude.

• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be available to work evening shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families, visitors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer and direct incoming telephone calls.
• Assist visitors and provide information as needed.
• Maintain a welcoming and professional reception area.
• Monitor visitor sign-in and sign-out procedures.
• Assist with general clerical and administrative tasks.
• Receive and distribute mail and deliveries.
• Take and communicate messages to appropriate staff members.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident and facility information.
• Respond to questions and direct concerns to the appropriate department.
• Follow facility policies and safety procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, families, and visitors.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
