Opportunity Village seeks a Registered Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one ABA services for individuals with autism and other disabilities. Under BCBA supervision, you will implement individualized treatment plans, track progress, and promote communication, social skills, and daily living abilities.

The role emphasizes confidentiality, ethics, and collaboration with guardians, while requiring ongoing RBT certification renewal and availability for afternoon hours across multiple Las Vegas

Qualificações

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• 40 hours of BACB-approved RBT training required.
• Current BACB RBT certification required.
• CPI certification within 30 days of employment.
• CPR and First Aid certification within 30 days of employment.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet insurance requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver ABA interventions in a one-on-one setting following individualized treatment plans.
• Assist in implementing treatment plans to promote skill acquisition and behavioral improvement.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance; protect sensitive information.
• Report incidents or significant behavioral changes to the supervising BCBA or Director of Residential and Behavioral Services.
• Engage with guardians and caregivers to provide progress updates and support strategies.
• Adhere to BACB Ethics Code and OV policies; maintain ongoing training for RBT certification renewal.
• Available to work hours specified (3 PM–7 PM) and travel to various Las Vegas locations.
• Meet OV vehicle policies and travel requirements; work on-site at worksites and in the community.
• May be assigned other duties as needed.

AS/BS in Psychology or related field (preferred)
