You will lead safety-focused, person-centered care while growing in a hands-on supervisory capacity within the IDD field. This entry-level leadership position emphasizes mentorship and program development.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two-year degree in related social services or two years supervisory experience in IDD field.
• Patient, dependable, adaptable, and a team player.
• Valid driver’s license; some roles may require own vehicle.
• Clear background check required.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and oversight of staff at assigned programs.
• Coordinate training and onboarding for new employees.
• Ensure all services are delivered to individuals served.
• Fill direct service shifts as needed.
• Lead monthly staff meetings and provide guidance.
• Support personal growth and safety of individuals served.
• Assist with daily living tasks as appropriate.
