Job summary

Dungarvin is seeking a Program Supervisor to coordinate daily operations across assigned programs. You will supervise staff, ensure services are delivered per plans, and maintain compliance with care standards. This entry-level supervisory role supports personal care and enables growth into higher responsibilities.

You will lead training, oversee shifts, and mentor team members while prioritizing the dignity and independence of the individuals served.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
High school diploma or GED required.
Two-year degree in related social services or two years supervisory experience in IDD field preferred.
Valid driver’s license required.
Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Provide daily supervision and oversight of all employees at assigned programs.
Monitor, coordinate, and ensure all services to the individual are delivered.
Program supervisors are expected to ensure all direct service shifts are filled.
Provide training for employees.
Conduct monthly staff meetings.
Provide hands-on assistance, encouragement, mentoring and guidance.
Ensure the comfort, safety, and personal growth of the individuals we serve.
