Marvin is hiring a production associate in a clean, climate-controlled facility where safety comes first. You'll be trained in all aspects of the role, working with a friendly team on window and door components.

You will operate tools and automation, read instructions, and communicate in English to ensure smooth production. Over time, opportunities to cross-train across departments expand your skills and earnings.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products using tools and automated equipment.
• Read and follow visual and written instructions on a computer screen to retrieve parts and deliver to production lines.
• Communicate clearly in English both orally and in writing to carry out job functions and work with your team.
• Work closely with your supervisor to troubleshoot any mechanical or material issues.
• Crosstrain in multiple departments to add variety to your day and earnings.
