Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities to meet schedule and procedures.
• Lead and coach production staff, managing performance and attendance.
• Coordinate workflow and priorities to maintain smooth production flow.
• Monitor productivity, downtime, scrap, and other metrics; address issues promptly.
• Maintain safety and quality standards; enforce PPE and SOPs.
• Train staff on procedures, safety requirements, and equipment operation.
• Communicate updates to management on status, staffing, and outstanding work.
