Job summary

Qual Pac (A Pro Pac Company) is hiring a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift in Grand Prairie, TX. You will oversee evening manufacturing activities, ensure safety, quality, and productivity, and provide hands-on leadership to frontline workers in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will drive schedule execution, monitor line performance, and collaborate with Warehouse, Maintenance, and Quality teams to minimize disruptions and maintain continuous improvement.

Qualifications

3+ years of manufacturing experience.
Experience supervising frontline employees.
Familiar with GMP, food safety, quality systems.
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervise 2nd shift production operations to achieve safety, quality, and productivity goals.
Provide direct leadership and supervision to frontline production employees.
Ensure production schedules and customer requirements are executed accurately and on time.
Monitor production performance, downtime, throughput, and line efficiency.
Coordinate with Warehouse, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and Quality teams to minimize disruptions and maintain production flow.
Maintain an active presence on the production floor and address operational issues as they arise.
