Job summary

Technimark is seeking a production shift supervisor to oversee operator activity, ensure a safe and efficient work environment, and coordinate daily production tasks. The role involves preparing shift packets, labeling, and communicating issues to leadership.

The ideal candidate has 0-6 months experience, is bilingual English/Spanish preferred, and demonstrates solid computer skills with spreadsheet, word processing, and email tools. This is an on-site Texas position requiring strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• 0-6 months work experience required or preferred.
• Bilingual: English/Spanish preferred.
• Computer skills: spreadsheet, word processing, and electronic mail systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operators’ day-to-day activities and manage shift changes.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment through ongoing training.
• Prepare daily/next-day production Job Packets.
• Communicate pertinent information, problems, events, and training to the team.
• Prepare and validate daily production labels and coordinate sending/receiving End of Labels.
• Schedule assignments, breaks, lunch, overtime, vacation, back-up coverage, and shutdowns.
• Support operators as needed and monitor performance.
• Audit scales daily and ensure accurate production reporting.
• Distribute Daily Rundown forms to management and report on production.
