The supervisor will coach employees, manage department profitability, and lead continuous improvement efforts including 5S and TPM, with strong emphasis on safety compliance and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Post high school education is required.
• Experience: 3–5 years in manufacturing, 1–3 years in people management.
• Strong communication, ability to engage listeners and convey production expectations.
• Familiarity with Citrix, JDA, and maintaining email etiquette; know quality programs and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Manage production operation of multiple departments and shifts.
• Coach and counsels employees; drive productivity and accountability.
• Ensure safety standards and compliance; participate in safety initiatives.
• Prepare reports and maintain records; manage department cost and profitability.
• Lead continuous improvement and TPM/5S initiatives; coordinate with maintenance.
