Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years manufacturing experience; 1–3 years people management.
• Strong communication and ability to engage listeners.
• Proficiency with Inside UFPI and UFPI policies.
• Familiarity with Citrix, email etiquette, and timelines.
• Knowledge of CI, 5S, TPM and quality programs.
• Detail-oriented with ability to audit production data.
• Organized for flexible work periods.
• Effective daily communication and accountability.
• Forklift Driver licensing completed.
• Commitment to safety and JDA/JSA compliance.

• Manages production operation of multiple departments and shifts.

• Participates in Safety Committee and safety standards.
• Drives forklift to move material when needed.
• Performs other duties as required.
• Addresses hazardous materials handling if in Treating Department.
