Home Chef in Bedford Park, IL is seeking a Production Lead for the 2nd shift (4 PM to 12:30 AM) with Mondays and Tuesdays off. The role oversees production associates, ensures SOPs and GMP compliance, and coordinates with warehouse and QA teams to meet daily targets.

The ideal candidate will have a strong attendance record, be able to communicate production needs clearly, and maintain food safety standards across the line.

Qualifications

• General high school degree, or equivalent (e.g. GED).
• Strong attendance and performance record as a Home Chef production associate is required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Lead a production line and manage assigned associates to meet targets.
• Set up and organize portioning, meal bagging, and shipping tasks per SOPs.
• Communicate targets and oversee adherence to GMP and safety policies.
