Job summary

ISS Guckenheimer is seeking a full-time Cook to prepare meals for various meal periods, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and to support special events. The role requires accurate execution of recipes and proper preparation procedures according to production sheets and safety guidelines.

The position includes a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees and an hourly wage of $24.60. Work hours are approximately 12:30 pm – 9:00 pm, Monday through Friday with weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-year professional cooking experience or education equivalent
• Basic knowledge of cooking and prep techniques as required by your work assignment
• Execute NetMenu recipe preparation of food items as directed by production sheets and/or LC, SC, or Executive Chef

Responsibilities

• Clock in and out for workday and breaks
• Provide the highest quality of service in accordance with client standards
• Prepare and assemble food items according to recipes and production sheets
• Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment and follow safety regulations
• Notify management of ingredient discrepancies or safety concerns
• Attend daily meetings and perform additional duties as assigned
