Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and fulfill prep lists and food preparation for breakfast, lunch, dinner and events.
• Maintain kitchen organization and cleanliness to ensure a safe environment.
• Follow food safety, HACCP, and SOP guidelines daily.
• Assist with execution of recipes and production sheets under chef direction.
• Report ingredient discrepancies or safety concerns to management.
• Attend daily meetings and perform other duties as assigned.
