Responsibilities

• Clock in and out for the workday and breaks
• Always provide the highest quality of service in accordance with standards
• Follow current food preparation procedures to ensure high quality food service
• Have basic knowledge of cooking and prep techniques
• Execute NetMenu recipe preparation as directed by sheets or chefs
• Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment; follow rules and procedures
• Notify management of ingredient discrepancies, safety concerns, or other issues
• Attend all meetings of the day
• May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
• Stand for long periods; work safely with large volume culinary equipment
