Job summary

Sonora Quest Laboratories in Sun City, AZ seeks an evening Phlebotomist. New grads start at $19 per hour; experienced (3+ years) $21.07–$23.36 depending on experience. Position may work at Hospital Facility, PSC, IOP, or Mobile Diagnostic Services, covering multiple locations.

You will collect and receipt specimens, enter data into the LIS, and prepare samples for testing while following policy, regulatory and privacy standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18; HS diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of phlebotomy program or phlebotomy experience.
• Phlebotomy certification per state regulations.
• Valid state driver's license; may need to obtain DHS fingerprinting.
• Willingness to travel across locations; flexible hours incl. weekends/holidays.
• May be required to work at mobile phlebotomy facilities.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens and ensure correct patient identification and specimen integrity.
• Enter patient data, tests requested, and collection details into the system.
• Process and prepare samples for analysis and transport to labs.
• Maintain quality and HIPAA privacy; assist in training and workflow.

Skills
