Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Completion of a phlebotomy program or phlebotomy experience.
• Phlebotomy certification as defined by state regulations.
• Ability to obtain DHS Fingerprinting Certification where required.
• Valid state driver's license and automotive coverage where required.

Responsibilities

• Collect and receive biological specimens and ensure patient/ specimen identification.
• Enter demographics, tests, and related data into the system; prepare samples for testing.
• Label, aliquot, and deliver specimens to the lab; assist in workflow and training.
• Maintain accuracy, follow procedures, and support quality assurance.

Skills
