Qualifications

• Completion of a phlebotomy program or phlebotomy experience.
• Phlebotomy certification as defined by state regulations.
• Ability to travel to multiple locations and work flexible hours.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Collects and processes patient specimens in hospital facilities, PSCs, IOPs or mobile sites.
• Logs patient demographics, tests requested and collection details into the LIS.
• Ensures specimen integrity, accurate labeling and timely transport to the lab.
• Adheres to HIPAA, safety, and quality standards in all locations.
