Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent may be required depending on state rules.
• Completion of a phlebotomy program or phlebotomy experience.
• Phlebotomy certification as defined by state regulations.
• Valid state driver's license may be required based on location.
• Ability to work across multiple locations and shifts.

Responsibilities
