Qualifications

Completion of a phlebotomy program or phlebotomy experience.
Phlebotomy certification as defined by state regulations.
Valid state driver''s license in the state of employment.
Ability to work across multiple locations including mobile facilities and in-office phlebotomy locations.
DHS Fingerprinting Certification or ability to obtain fingerprint certification.
Flexible hours, weekends/holidays, travel to multiple locations as required.

Responsibilities

Specimen collection with correct patient and specimen identification.
Enter demographics, tests, dates, and clinical info accurately into the system.
Prepare samples for testing and transport; assist in workflow and training as needed.
Maintain quality standards and HIPAA compliance; participate in quality initiatives.
