Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collect blood specimens using venipuncture techniques.
• Label and prioritize specimens (e.g., STAT, STROKE, CSF).
• Transport specimens promptly and redistribute per protocol.
• Restock supplies and maintain a clean work area.
• Register courier-delivered specimens accurately.
• Demonstrate mastery of hospital information systems for test ordering.
