MLK Community Healthcare in Los Angeles is seeking a Clinical Staff Nurse in the PACU to deliver high-quality patient care in a 12-hour shift. The RN will work under the Clinical Unit Supervisor and provide family-centered care using the Watson Model.

Requirements include a BSN or progress toward it, 1 year of critical care experience, and active California RN licensure with ACLS/BLS preferred. Per diem evening shift available in Los Angeles.

Competenze

• BSN required or will need to complete within 5 years of hire.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience in Critical Care.
• California RN license preferred.
• ACLS/BLS certifications preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide high-quality, individualized patient/family-centered care based on the Watson Model for a defined patient group.
• Organize, plan, direct and coordinate care with 12-hour accountability under supervision.
