Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide clear, timely communication to the RN regarding patient observations and changes.
• Maintain safety and assist in de-escalation; follow restraint policies when needed.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Assist with treatments, equipment setup, and specimen transport per protocol.
• Record vital signs, measurements, and basic nursing tasks.
• Support unit operations and communications; respond to calls and messages as needed.
