Qualifications

• No prior experience required for this role.
• Nurse Aide in good standing; BLS certification to be obtained within 45 days.

Responsibilities

• Assist RN with daily patient care including bathing, feeding, and mobility.
• Record vital signs and intake/output; document in EMR.
• Support admission, transfer and discharge processes; room orientation.
• Collect specimens and perform point-of-care testing as indicated.
• Maintain supplies, stock and clean equipment; safety-focused positioning.
