Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduate of a PCT program with at least 6 months hospital experience or CNA with EKG & Phlebotomy course and PCT cert eligibility plus 6 months hospital experience.
• BLS or Heartsaver CPR/AED certification required.
• Must complete PCT online program within 3 months of hire.
• Senior Nursing Attendant: CNA with 6 months relevant experience and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist in data collection for Quality and Performance Improvement.
• Provide direct patient care tasks with safety and compassion.
• Support unit supplies, equipment, and environment.
• Carry out phlebotomy, glucose fingersticks, and ECG as needed.
• Communicate with patients and families in a caring manner.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
