Job summary

Avera McKennan is seeking a dedicated CNA to provide routine patient care in the evening shift (2-10:30pm) with rotating weekends and holidays. You will assist with ambulation, feeding, and daily care while using hospital systems to document diet and care activities.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED and CNA licensing. PTO from day one, sign-on bonus, and opportunities for professional development are available as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; CNA preferred/licensed.
• Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) licensing required.
• Ability to communicate effectively and provide compassionate patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine patient care under nurse/physician direction.
• Assist with ambulation, bathing, feeding, and meal distribution.
• Enter diet info into the computer system and coordinate with departments.
