Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduate of a PCT program with hospital experience or CNA with additional ECG & Phlebotomy training.
• CPR/BLS certification required upon entry.

Responsibilities

• Assist professional nurse in patient care and family support.
• Maintain supplies, equipment and unit safety.
• Support data collection for quality and performance improvement.
• Assist in admission, transfer and discharge procedures.
• Communicate clearly with patients, families and health care staff.
