Job summary

4100 Newton-Wellesley Hospital is seeking a Patient Care Assistant to support patient daily living activities and vital signs under licensed staff. You will assist with bathing, feeding, and documentation in the EHR, contributing to safe and compassionate care.

Successful candidates will have a high school diploma, BLS certification, and relevant patient care experience. This role requires lifting and mobility assistance, with evening shifts and a 32-hour work week at Mass General Brigham

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• BLS, CMA or nursing assistant certifications preferred.
• Experience in patient care or elder care helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living and report vital signs and condition.
• Support RNs and physicians with exams and treatments.
• Document in the EHR and ensure accurate charting.
