Mass General Brigham is seeking a Patient Care Assistant II for 32 hours per week at Newton-Wellesley Hospital. The role assists patients with daily living activities, takes vital signs, and documents in the electronic medical record under licensed supervision.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent and relevant patient-care experience; BLS and related certifications are preferred. This onsite position requires the ability to lift up to 35 pounds and work a day shift in

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• BLS Certification preferred.
• Massachusetts EMT-Paramedic preferred.
• LNA/Nursing Assistant credentials preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, eating).
• Take and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, BP, respiration).
• Complete documentation in the medical record with accuracy.
• Interact effectively with patients and families.
• Assist with hygiene tasks and mobility (repositioning, bed to wheelchair).
• Report health concerns to nurses for follow-up.
