Responsibilities

• Register patients and gather demographic and insurance information.
• Verify insurance coverage and determine eligibility using RTE/Phreesia/payor sites.
• Collect out-of-pocket liability and manage copays at time of service.
• Coordinate referrals and authorizations as required; rotate across service areas.
