Responsibilities

• Obtain/verify patient demographics and insurance data.
• Enter information into the electronic health record accurately.
• Verify insurance eligibility for the date of service.
• Identify and resolve insurance discrepancies that could affect claims.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist patients and families as needed.
