Responsibilities

• Register patients in EMR with accurate demographic and financial data.
• Greet customers promptly with a warm reception.
• Collect and document required demographic and financial information.
• Direct patients to appropriate setting and explain delays.
• Maintain professionalism according to department standards.
• Estimate and collect copays, deductibles, and other patient financial obligations.
• Adhere to Compliance Plans and Meaningful Use requirements; process visits per protocol.
• Operate electronic registration tools as available (e.g., iPads, Wacom).
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
