Responsabilités

• Ensure each registered patient has a complete and accurate OSF medical record.
• Verify patient demographics, insurance coverage, and responsible guarantor.
• Assist with registration accuracy and financial responsibilities explanations.
• Provide excellent patient service over phone or in person.
• Navigate multi-payer situations with deductive reasoning.
