Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA is seeking a Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD, delivering sessions in-home or at clinic sites within a roughly 20-mile radius. You’ll work under a BCBA and a collaborative care team to support communication, social, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is preferred but not required — training provided.
• Experience working with children with ASD strongly preferred.
• Reliable transportation to visit clients' homes within a 20-mile radius.
• Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule.
• Physically able to kneel, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in-home or clinic-based.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Use CentralReach to conduct preference assessments and track data.
• Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive supervision.
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.
• Provide basic care as needed (toileting, eating).
