Loyola Medicine is seeking a part-time Front Desk Service Rep for the 3pm–11:30pm shift to support patient intake and clinic operations in Maywood, IL. You will greet patients, manage phones, register patients, verify insurance, and assist with referrals and check-out processes.

Qualifications include a GED or high school diploma, at least one year of general administration or healthcare experience, and eligibility to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: GED or High School level; Associate's degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of work history in general administration, healthcare, or related field is highly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greeting patients as they enter the physician practice; create a welcoming, positive first impression.
• Phone management: answer office lines, schedule appointments, and respond to inquiries.
• Patient registration: collect demographics, input data into electronic system, verify insurance.
• Check-out assistance: guide referrals and schedule future appointments.
