Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis company, in San Diego is seeking a Customer Service Representative to ensure a seamless parking experience in a high-traffic facility. You will facilitate the flow of traffic, assist customers with payments on fully automated equipment, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, a proactive attitude, and flexibility for Tue-Wed-Thurs 5PM-1:30AM shifts.

Qualifications

• Education required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with automated parking access control hardware and software or a strong aptitude for technology.
• Availability for special shifts; 2nd/3rd shifts and weekends may be required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers have a seamless parking experience and facilitate smooth traffic flow.
• Assist customers in making payments to fully automated revenue control equipment.
• Provide an exceptional client and customer experience and resolve complaints.
• Manage day-to-day activities of the location and maintain cleanliness.
• Greet customers professionally and help with directions and inquiries.
• Perform audits, handle cash/change if needed, and quote parking rates.
