Job summary

Eugene T. Mahoney State Park is seeking a customer-focused individual to fill a Customer Service role at the Peter Kiewit Lodge. The position involves taking cabin and lodge reservations, answering calls, and providing park information to guests.

Primary hours are 2pm–10pm, with weekends required. Responsibilities include managing reservations, coordinating with park offices to prepare cabins, selling park permits, and delivering excellent guest service.

Qualifications

• Three months experience in recreation, hospitality, retail, or customer service setting.
• Ability to work 2pm–10pm shifts and weekends.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Make cabin and lodge reservations for guests in person and over the phone, giving information on cabin types, pricing, and activities.
• Maintain reservation records and coordinate with park offices to ensure cabins are clean and ready for guests.
• Provide park information and related services to visitors and staff by phone or in person.
• Sell park permits and other resale items.
• Perform related duties as required.
