Job summary

State of Nebraska, Game & Parks Commission – Agency 33 in Ashland, NE, is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to assist guests with cabin and lodge reservations, provide park information, and support the front desk at the Peter Kiewit Lodge.

Shifts run from 2pm to 10pm with weekend work required. Responsibilities include maintaining reservation records, selling park permits, and coordinating with park offices to prepare cabins for arrivals.

Qualifications

• At least three months of experience in hospitality, recreation, or customer service.
• Experience with reservation systems preferred.
• Willingness to work 2pm–10pm shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Make cabin and lodge reservations for guests in person and over the phone, providing information on cabin types, pricing, and activities.
