Job summary

Olive & Finch Collective in Denver seeks a Packing Crew member to support the kitchen by packing products for local and wholesale clients. The role runs from 4pm to 12am, with emphasis on speed, accuracy, and cleanliness in a busy environment.

Responsibilities include basic packing tasks, maintaining BOH organization, and assisting with dining room duties as needed while upholding safety and service standards.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, kitchen, or hospitality experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with basic food packing as directed by kitchen leadership.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in BOH areas.
• Support FOH by assisting with trash, bussing, and dining room cleanliness as needed.
• Follow all health, USDA, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with BOH and management team to support smooth operations.
• Uphold Olive & Finch service standards and brand values at all times.
