Job summary

Olive & Finch Collective in Denver is seeking a part-time, non-exempt BOH Crew Level 2 to support multiple kitchen stations and training of newer crew members. The role is cross-trained across dish, prep, line, and grab-and-go production, emphasizing food quality, cleanliness, and smooth operational flow.

You will be dependable on shift, able to work independently, and help reinforce standards and culture within the kitchen. Benefits include tips eligibility and a team-first environment.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen or food production experience required.
• Ability to work confidently across all BOH stations.
• Demonstrated reliability, consistency, and attention to detail.
• Comfortable training and supporting newer team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Food Production & Kitchen Execution: Prepare menu items according to Olive & Finch recipes, specs, and quality standards; Execute service across all BOH stations; Maintain speed, accuracy, and presentation; Ensure proper labeling, dating, rotation, and storage of all food products.
• Dish, Cleanliness & Organization: Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment; Maintain cleanliness and organization in BOH areas; Remove trash and recycling; Complete opening, mid-shift, and closing duties.
• Training & Team Support: Assist with onboarding and hands-on training of BOH Crew Level 1; Model proper technique and station organization; Provide real-time guidance and support during service; Reinforce standards on shift.
• Collaboration & Communication: Communicate clearly with FOH and BOH teams; Support FOH with bussing, trash, dining room cleanliness; Assist with catering and event prep when required.
• Safety & Standards: Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines; Uphold service standards and brand values.
