Job summary

Olive & Finch Collective in Denver is seeking a Packing Crew member to support the kitchen team by packing products for local and wholesale clients. This full-time, non-exempt role runs 4pm–12am and reports to the Kitchen Manager.

You will help keep BOH areas organized, follow health and safety guidelines, and work in a fast-paced environment while standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Weekend/evening/holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or food service is helpful but not required.
• Strong work ethic and attention to cleanliness.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

Position Summary

The Packing crew is an essential member of the kitchen team, supporting smooth operations through packing products in totes for our local and wholesale clients. The job is from 4pm-12am.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting Structure

Reports to the Kitchen Manager. This position does not have direct reports.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

This is a hands-on, back-of-house position requiring extended periods of standing, bending, lifting, and working in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Must be able to handle exposure to heat, cold, and cleaning chemicals. Shifts may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
